Our strategic plan helps guide the work we do at Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia (HSNS). It explains what is important to us - our mission, vision, and values - and how we plan to meet our goals.
The plan includes big goals and yearly targets that help us improve our services. It helps us plan for the future, adjust to changes, and make sure we provide the right services in the best way possible.
Every year, Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia sets new targets to help reach our long-term goals. We share updates on our progress to the Board of Directors, our staff and the public.
